Rachel has been teaching in Hawai‘i for over 5 years. While drawn to the vinyasa style she incorporates meditation, pranayama, yin, hatha, power and playful yoga into her flows. She is dedicated to holding space for a feel good journey of the body, mind and spirit. In her classes enjoy the unexpected.
